Account Payment Types

To manage payment options for invoices in your dashboard, including specifying where payments have been made, follow these steps:

  1. Mark an Invoice as Paid:
    • When an invoice is paid, access the specific invoice in your dashboard and mark it as "Paid."
  2. Select Payment Method:
    • During the payment confirmation process, you can select the payment method used by the customer.
  3. Edit Account Payment Methods:
    • To modify the available payment options, go to "Settings."
  4. Access Advanced Settings:
    • Within the Settings section, locate and click on "Advanced Settings."
  5. Navigate to Account Payment Methods:
    • Look for the option called "Account Payment Methods" and select it.
  6. Add Payment Methods for Account Customers:
    • In this section, you can add and manage each type of payment method that your account customers can use to pay their invoices. These payment methods could include credit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, etc.
  7. Ensure At Least One Payment Method is Active on Your Website:
